How to increase disk access speed in windowst virtual machine running Proxmox hypervisor?

Worried about the low speed (no more than 30 MB / sec) of writing to disk inside a virtual machine running Windows.
The following hardware and settings are used:
Hypervisor:
SSD RAID1
PROXMOX 3.4-6
LVM is used as storage. Raw virtual machine disk format. Windows 2008 R2 x64
virtual machine has the latest stable virtio drivers installed. Please tell me what to pay attention to.

Try enabling Writeback caching.
I did not observe such problems - the speed was always at the SSD level.
Perhaps the problem is in the raid? What is the speed of the array?
