Can Vpn be used for an installed program inside a virtual machine?

Hello!
Tell me, please, if a program is installed on a Windows virtual machine that reads all the processes that occur on this windows, what applications are running, etc., will it see that the traffic is going through the VPN that is installed on the main system?
The main system is Mac os with a working VPN, Parallels is installed on it (we isolate them in every possible way in the settings), Windows is running inside Parallels with a program that monitors everything that happens :).

No, it cannot be reliably determined , provided that all virtual machine traffic is sent through the VPN.
But if the VPN server is hosted somewhere on the hosting, then it is possible to make an educated guess about the use of the VPN from the address pool. Roughly speaking:

my traffic goes through Amazon, why would that be? It's probably a VPN.

And it's also relatively easy to detect that the system is running in a virtual machine, if that matters.
