I can't find free JS developers for my startup (React, Redux, Saga) remotely. I went through forums and specialized sites, such as LinkedIn - no one is in a hurry to work. The only one from whom there are many proposals is the Indians. But ... you understand.
Toptal charges over $70/h, which is double what I'm willing to pay.
Who will advise what?
