Where is the best place to draw an application animation to show programmers or upload it to a portfolio?

I know that there are many utilities and applications for creating animations, please tell me something purely visual, in which animations are now drawn (transitions between screens, menu animations, etc.) for poppy to place it in a portfolio or to show programmers, what exactly do I want from them.
It's not about invision and the like, we don't need prototypes, but beauty in button presses
