Where is the best place to buy a Rostest MacBook?

Hello!
I decided to purchase a top-end MacBook Pro 13 "2016 with a Touch Bar. Rostest certification is a prerequisite. I can't stand laser engraving. Tell me, what are the best and most reliable options for buying such a laptop in terms of warranty, service, and so on?
So far I see two options - Apple Store in Moscow and M.Video in Sochi. But about the latter, I heard that they excuse themselves from all claims in warranty cases. That is, they don’t want to change the laptop, return the money too. Of course, I hope that this will not come in handy, but taking a laptop for more than 200,000 rubles I want to play it safe.
Who thinks? Should I take it to the Apple Store? Maybe someone has a positive experience with M.Video? Or are there better options? Thank you all in advance for your answers.

Maintenance of Apple equipment in any case goes through authorized service centers, through which devices are replaced if it is impossible to repair them. The wording "they don't want to change the laptop, they also don't want to return the money" is not clear. They may or may not want anything. All rights and obligations of the parties in this case are clearly spelled out in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. Some, without reading it, think that they should return the money at their first whim, although this is far from always the case, and most of these rumors in the form of “they don’t want to return the money” are formed in the minds of those who, not knowing their rights, are trying to prove something or scandals at the counter in the store.
Yes, there are situations when the store (or certain employees) try to cheat, but this is becoming less common, because. in case of a real problem, when the client really has the right to a refund or replacement of the device, in almost 100% of cases he can use this right if he spends an hour of his time reading and understanding the Law.
My opinion is that you can freely buy a device from any major official reseller, because often their prices are lower than in the official Apple store. I mean networks such as Svyaznoy, M.Video, Eldorado, DNS, etc. If you understand your rights, there should be no problems with warranty service.
With a laptop to return money or replace it with a new Law allows in the following cases:
1. The defect is discovered within 15 days after purchase.
2. The defect is recognized as significant (by an authorized service center or an independent examination, and not by you personally).
3. The laptop was under repair for more than 30 days during the year due to the repeated elimination of its various shortcomings. For example, at first the cooler broke and changed it for 20 days, and then the screen broke and changed it for another 20 days. In this case, as soon as more than 30 days in total, you can exercise this right (this does not mean that you can come up with an imaginary difficult-to-reproduce defect so that it stays under diagnostics for a while and then demand money, it won’t work out that way).
4. Laptop repair took over 45 days.
In other warranty cases - repair.
The only thing to keep in mind: most likely in the case of a purchase in the Apple Store, you will be able to fully exercise your right to return the laptop within 14 days from the date of purchase (in the online store) if you simply do not like it. For resellers, after opening the box, this is unlikely to be done. But it is better to get impressions about a laptop in any case before buying, so this is a very controversial plus.

Are you a paid troll from their competitors, or what?
It has been legally unrealistic for many years now.
Just like that, no one will change the complex technique for you.
But if there really are problems and they are not sucked out of thin air, it is easier for a store, especially a large chain store, to change / return, they have a well-established procedure. Your case will be no exception.
