Where is the best place for a graduate programmer to go after graduation?

I'm in the 11th grade, I know that I want to become a programmer, but I don't want to stay in the CIS, where would I go after the University? If possible, a specific country and the minimum wage in the field of it, and the cost of living + taxes, etc. Thank you.

you can go to many places. the only question is whether you can go there / whether they will let you go there.
labor laws/visas/sanctions/etc. quite simply destroy the illusory world of a failed (yet) evacuator.

A typical schoolboy with pink glasses, if you graduate from unique - you will not become a programmer, you will become a shit coder with an outdated theory in your head. The only place you'd better go is home for a computer to practice. Moreover, there are no clarifications of what exactly you will do, maybe you will develop games or complex crm systems, to advise something on a similar, inadequate question is to point your finger at the sky.
