Where is the best and easiest way to make 3d weapon animation for UE4 game?

I want to make an animation similar to this . I did not do similar. I'm not going to animate a lot of weapons, only one machine gun, try my hand, so to speak. It doesn't matter if it works or not, whether it's possible to do it from scratch to someone unfamiliar with animation. I want to try to achieve a similar result as a new experience, an experiment. It doesn't matter how long it takes. Who knows, maybe I'll like it. In general, how it will turn out. I poked the blender, I still can’t get used to its specific control, it’s cool, you can do anything, maybe you still have to curb it, in general, I like it, I would like to try something else, maybe I’ll like it more and the result will not keep you waiting.
The question is the following, I am not interested in the possibilities of 3d modeling software, but only in working with animation, with the lowest entry threshold for a beginner. Or maybe even with the help of Control Rig to turn it all. Why not, if it is possible and they do the same?

there is no point in learning 3D software for this. such animation is done by means of UE4 itself
