if we are talking about domains in the RU-zone, the choice is not so great. all are about the same, the difference is in prices and service.
if we are talking about international zones, you have to be the last moron to register them through local (Russian) registrars. but now the question of payment arises.

Western registrars are also not an option, they can block you if you are from Russia.

Russian zones (.ru, .su, .rf) cannot be registered outside the Russian Federation, and even if there is such a registrar, he is still obliged to comply with the rules of the .ru zone. In addition, now it is unlikely that many Western registrars will work with the .ru zone
