Where is it better to buy RAM (2x8GB DDR3) in Russia now (March 2018)? And what?

You need a 2x8GB DDR3 kit. Haven't bought iron in a long time. Ulmart - was blown away, and on Citylink - only 3 (!!!) offers (see below). I don't even want to deal with the CSN. I live in a conditional Zazhopinsk, a thousand kilometers from Moscow time, so I don’t really know any alternatives. What do you recommend? And what, by the way? (firm, model)

UPD: judging by the misunderstanding of the issue, I am clarifying.
I came here for advice - who is better and who is better. The store is not only good in terms of assortment. And the manufacturer can be well-known but bad, or vice versa - a beginner, but of high quality.
The answer may be:
I advise you to take a 2x8gb kit [Firm, model]. I personally took it to [shop, link] because [reasons].

Of all the domestic stores, I like Citylink.
In recent years, I prefer Crucial for memory - a balance between show-offs and quality.
If you buy a RAM with a level above average, it makes sense to look at computeruniverse.com - the cheap ones there cost about the same as ours, but the expensive ones are cheaper.
True, it probably makes no sense to carry a couple of planks - delivery will eat up all the benefits, but if it is part of a larger order, then it can be profitable. But the main point there is not even in saving, but that there are things that are hard to find here (especially if you are not a Muscovite). I bought rare memory and a rare video card model there.

And necessarily in the Russian Federation? On Ali for this amount you can take a good RAM from Kingston (on their off-shop) with a frequency of 1866 MHz. Link
I took this one, it's cheaper https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/4GB-DDR3-1600MHz-fo... also overclocked somewhere up to 1.8 GHz.

Any company, in any, at least somewhat "stable" store.
Stupidity!
