Why does the system not see the RAM?

I decided to lubricate the processor with thermal paste. Anointed turn on. loaded normally.
I decided to check the performance in the task manager, it shows 32GB
bios, aida sees the RAM but the system does not.
went into bios writes abnormal at 4 oz. only 8 oz 8gb
because of what could be?
When I lubricated the processor with thermal paste. Ozu did not touch. They sit tight

1. The most important thing. You take out the RAM and clean the golden contacts with alcohol, or better with an eraser with an abrasive (rubber band). Swap them (!!!).
2. Start - in the search field type msconfig - press Enter - go to the Boot tab - click the Advanced options... button - uncheck the Maximum memory option - Restart your computer.
3. Locate an option in the BIOS with the name listed below or similar:
Memory Remapping
DRAM Over 4G Remapping
H/W DRAM Over 4GB Remapping
H/W Memory Hole Remapping
Hardware Memory Hole
Memory Hole Remapping
Memory Remap Feature
Enable the option by setting the Enabled value.
When that doesn't help. Then pull out one module at a time and watch when something appears. It is quite possible that one memory was killed during the lubrication process. By itself, checking memtest for 4-6 hours, in several cycles.
