Where is build.json located?

I can’t compile the project in Visual Studio because I can’t find build.json for its configuration in the project folder
because of this I can’t create a signed file
Where should it be and what solutions can there be?
If I add this file myself, then it writes MSBUILD : cordova-build error : SyntaxError: Unexpected token
