Where in Unreal Engine is all the content, effects, etc?

Everywhere, both in the video and in the guides, they write the path Game / Effects / Particles / Water / P_WaterFall in the content browser
and in the Game folder there are a lot of all sorts of effects, content. I don't have this folder, where can I get it? I have only Content / startercontent in the content browser and there is very little of everything, there are no effects (I looked in the Epic Games folder, it’s not there either. Where can I get this Game folder?
