Where in the GitLab web interface is "maximum artifacts size" set?

Pipeline crashes with an error:

ERROR: Uploading artifacts as "archive" to coordinator... too large archive id=192 responseStatus=413 Request Entity Too Large status=413 token=T_F6hh6x
FATAL: too large

Searching by mistake leads to a guideline to increase the maximum artifacts size.

The official documentation says that this can be done like this:

To change it at the:

Instance level:

Go to Admin Area > Settings > CI/CD.
Change the value of maximum artifacts size (in MB).
Click Save changes for the changes to take effect.

But I don't see any such option in my admin panel. The only thing there is:

Where can I find this fucking setting? Who has it - can you show a screenshot of where exactly it is?

All rights to the project are. At the same time, there is no access to the server with GitLab and editing configs.

@HellWalk

It is located exactly where it is described in the mana. In the Admin Area , not in turnip settings.
