Where in october cms to write classes that are common to the entire site?

Where in october cms is it architecturally correct to write classes that are common to the entire site? It is clear that it is possible in components or on pages and other "crutch places" that can be added in the appropriate places, or in autoload to register. But perhaps there is a specific place for this?

It is architecturally correct to create your plugin. `/plugins/author-name/plugin-name/`. At the root of this plugin, create a classes folder. And in it already create PHP classes.
