Where in 1C can the nomenclature store the values of additional details?

Hello. In 1C is not strong.
There is a nomenclature in the database, it has a lot of additional details (1200+ pieces) and almost all (or even all) of the "Additional values" type. The task is to remove all additional details.
When deleting swears at the position of the nomenclature, the values are used. I think to remove first the values for all positions, then the additional values themselves and then the additional details. But where to look for values for items of the nomenclature?
