Why doesn't the order leave Bitrix in 1s?

The essence of the problem: If a registered user creates an order on the site, then he successfully comes from the site in 1s. And if an ordinary person makes an order on the site and automatically registers at the same time, then the order does not leave in 1s.
And the user is created in users. But when you click store - orders, there is no buyer in the column.
Most likely I think this is the reason.
Please tell us how we can solve this problem so that the buyer always comes in 1s.

Do you have custom ordering?
Is a buyer profile created by the user? Looks like it's not being created
