Where/how to download the official offline installer of MS Office 2013 Home and Student?

In February this year I bought MS Office 2010 Home and Student Family Pack. It was written on the box that I could get Office 2013 for free under the promotion. I followed the link, entered my key - but I could not select the country "Russia" due to the absence of this item.
After a long communication with technical support, I received a key for Office 2013 and a link to download Office itself to my email.
As it turned out, only the online installer is downloaded from this link, which then downloads the entire package and installs it without asking questions about setting up and choosing the right packages.

I can’t download an offline installer anywhere, technical support can’t help either (“The solution to your question was somewhat problematic. And the only solution that we could provide you with was to generate and provide you with a new key. With this key, downloading and installation is possible only if internet connection).
After installing and activating the product, the MSO 2013 product did not appear in my personal account as purchased - namely, there should have been a link to download the image.

I searched on torrents - my version of Office is not there. A friend has a downloaded offline installer (purchased MSO 2013 via the Internet), but his key is hardwired in it (the key is not asked during installation). According to him, the content of the installer is very different from the similar MSO 2007/2010, and it is not yet clear how to remove this key.

In this regard, the question is - where or how to download the offline Office installer or remove the key from the "foreign" installer?

The key can be changed after installation in the menu File - Account - Change product key .
I checked now on the corporate version there is such an item, although it also does not ask for a key during installation. There is no new key to verify, but I think everything will work.

There is no offline installer for all MS Office 2013 with the word Home in the name. They are all installed via click-to-run, that is, a small executable is downloaded, which downloads everything else on a non-alternative basis.
I also ran into this rake by buying Home & Student. It lay unclaimed for a year until I contacted MS support with a question about where to get Office Home with MS Installer. MS replied that Home & Student is only click-to-run, but if you buy Home & Business, then MSI is there. Bought. The same click-to-run. I asked MS support where to get MSI for H&B, moreover, I asked the same pepper who convinced me to spend 10tyr on an unnecessary H&B. But nowhere! It is not found in nature, for home only click-to-run.
On the offer to reimburse the cost of H&B and take it back (you can’t go to the store with an opened box, it’s written on the box), MS technical support merged and did not show itself in any way.
As for the number embedded in your friend's distribution - try renaming the installer executable to setup.exe, my downloaded installer has the full key number and some other characters in the executable name, and the number is not asked during installation.
If the key is somewhere else, I can share the ISO of my disk - there is Russian, and foolishly bought English as well. But keep in mind that if at the time of installation you are connected to the Internet or the date is very different from the date of release of the contents of the disk, it will most likely be ignored and downloaded from the Internet over a new one - MS explains this by taking care that the consumer always has latest version. Thank you very much for this.
