Where does the space disappear on Linux (54GB per day)?

OS - Linux Mint
output df In the morning:
/dev/sdd3 228670676 34405476 182579724 16% In the
evening:
/dev/sdd3 228670676 88792096 128193104 41%
88-34=54GB disappeared in a day.
This situation happens when I debug php scripts through xdebug in phpStorm.
php/mysql is running via docker container on my own machine (devilbox build).
There is only one folder larger than 54GB. Currently the biggest folders are: proc - 131Gb (all in proc/kcore file), home-15Gb, usr-7Gb, lib and var - 1.3Gb.
The place is clogged and I do not understand how to free it. Help solve the problem. Last time I restored from a backup. Clogged 200GB in this way.

Still can dog containers a good place to eat. By default, they are not restricted or rotated.
