Where does the Russian data visualization community live?

We have several large information blog sites, several large studios, individual bloggers, and people's social pages. networks. But I have not yet stumbled (badly searched?) on any major specialized forum / chat where people would discuss problems, controversial issues, share experiences, discuss work not in the form of a monologue or response to comments.
In the foreign Internet there is Reddit, several large chats in slack, a huge number of blogs, and of course Twitter.
