Where does the plugin URL change in Wordpress?

Hello. I have a portfolio module installed on the site. It has the address /portfolio-category/ and then the name of my category. Can you please tell me where to change this name to another one or remove it altogether? I will be grateful. Or where to look for it

Find in the plugin files the place where it registers the taxonomy for the portfolio and, accordingly, either change or comment out. Please note that when you update the plugin, you will lose your edits.
The plugin is located at - your_site/wp-content/plugins/plugin_name
