Where does the hidden Tinder extension in Chrome come from?

Started exploring the profile folder in Chrome. There is also a list of extensions in the "Preferences" settings file. I looked at them and saw Tinder there. Moreover, it is not in the browser extensions, since I did not use the tinder. How could it get there, and also become hidden?

Linux system. After synchronization, a clean profile still appears.

These are not extensions. These are sites that have been placed in a separate web application.
