Where does the extra js validation come from in Yii?

In all forms of the site, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, this baid-day appeared:

Moreover:
- There is no such crap in the DOM - In CActiveForm enableClientValidation
= false
The page is not connected to any js-script unknown to me!
