Where does System.IO.FileNotFoundException come from?

Good afternoon.
Wrote a project with DevEpxress + Json + DropBoxApi. I give the program to the client, the result is System.IO.FileNotFoundException. All libraries are nearby. At first I thought that 1 more library got into the links, but after checking everything, I did not find anything new. What could be the problem? The most interesting thing is that everything works fine for me.

What could be the problem? The project should be given tomorrow, there is no time to rewrite :(

Here ololo, there are source codes, he wrote them himself, the code is managed, and yet he cannot solve the problem! Learn to debug! At least in primitive ways, such as putting a global Exception Handler, or TeamViewer and Visual Studio to the client.
