Where does disk space go in Ubuntu when viewed through the Disk Usage Analyzer utility?

I specified 16106 MB in the Ubuntu installer, installed the system, went into the "Disks" utility - 16 GB, as it were, correctly. I go into the Disk Usage Analyzer or properties Computer - 15.7 GB??? Where did 15.7 GB come from If it was displayed in GiB then it should have been 15 GiB Where did the other 300 MB go or why are they not displayed?

@kkoshakk

16106/1024=15.7
16106/1000=16
everyone thinks as he wants.
Recently, more and more people eat marketing where 1gb = 1000mb.
And this is starting to show up in the software.
