Where does chrome store redirect information?

For example, there is a redirect somewhere on the site, then even if you remove it, there’s no way to get to the page at all, it still redirects, and the current private tab of the rules works.
Moreover, you can’t even look in the debugger as you fall onto the site, it immediately redirects, doesn’t stop, doesn’t look at, for example, local storage, or cookies of a specific domain.

In the cache, try clearing it.
To do this:
1) Open the developer console ( f12)
2) Hold down the "refresh page" button until "clear cache and hard reset" appears there262eb44e30f54bd189276c2541c5559f.png
