Accordingly, now it looks like a terrible mess.
Please advise a convenient storage manager, I don’t even know what ... my cheat sheets or something ...

keepass. There are clients for any platform, incl. and Android. The password file is synchronized via Dropbox between home, work computer and smartphone.
The exel file is very handy. Organize it in pages. Periodically correct
And throw it somewhere in Yandex documents or google doc. It is better both there and there, so that access is via the Internet. Sometimes this is more convenient than opening another program every time.
