Where do you store commands, passwords, etc. to make it convenient to use?

Hello!
There is such a situation that now I have a bunch of all sorts of frequently used commands, I just keep them all in a file.
Accordingly, now it looks like a terrible mess.
Please advise a convenient storage manager, I don’t even know what ... my cheat sheets or something ...

keepass. There are clients for any platform, incl. and Android. The password file is synchronized via Dropbox between home, work computer and smartphone.

The exel file is very handy. Organize it in pages. Periodically correct
And throw it somewhere in Yandex documents or google doc. It is better both there and there, so that access is via the Internet. Sometimes this is more convenient than opening another program every time.
For example, a page for sites:

For passwords, I have the Blur addon - a wonderful thing, autofill even forms that specifically counteract autofill, not everything is true. For teams and everything thematic - Redmine. In it, you can set tasks for yourself, store documents, wikis.

Пароли храню в pass.
https://linux.die.net/man/1/pass
Всё в терминале, зашифровано gpg, пароли легко бэкапить.
Команды - в истории :)
