If in Moscow, then in the biblioglobus. There is a pretty decent selection of thin literature in English.
And if you need something technical and fresh, then on Amazon. Delivery is really expensive, I recommend taking the electronic version, if any.

Amazon.com and ship via Shipito.com to Ukraine.
I bought 5 books - they sent them in two parcels - it doesn’t matter, I repacked and sent them home.
Everything is fast and convenient.

betterworldbooks.com
Plus - free international shipping at fairly reasonable prices for most books, and regular discounts of 15-20% when ordering 3-4 books at the same time. But sometimes it turns out cheaper to order from Amazon even from the same betterworldbooks_ seller.
A couple of times I ordered rare things on ebay, but for one-time purchases of 1 book, shipping is a significant part of their cost. There is also a usedbooksearch.co.uk
metasearch engine , but not all sellers / stores ship abroad. Accordingly, you will need an intermediary like the Shipito mentioned above - the method is suitable for rare books or large-scale purchases.
