Where do the spaces before come from?

There is a website in php, an apache server under nginx, a self-written engine.
Before the withdrawal, several inclusions are made. The closing tag ?>is omitted. Files created and edited in netbeans and nano, utf-8 encoding without bom
What could be the problem?

Well, look, you either have a file with Bom or you put spaces or tabs somewhere before the doctype.
<? Is the code shown here? ?> and what else is connected in front of the desktop?
