Many generic (and some industry-specific) octal solutions already have either built-in migration tools from 7.7 or as additional files in the template's installation directory.
If you transfer it yourself, then on the ITS disk (as well as in many places on the Internet - Google to help) there is a processing "Load from a spreadsheet document", which allows you to load arbitrary tabular data into directories / documents / registers. With a sufficiently high skill level, you can use combat artillery - a special configuration "Data Conversion 2" (not to be confused with 3 !!!).
