I'll start with why the question is asked here - probably because I'm looking for one of you :)
I have several vacancies related to web development (PHP, JS, Flash) and the question is where are you looking for a job?
What sites do you visit first?

Depends on the level of the programmer. A good programmer finds a job by itself - in the same linkedin + HR job.
