Where do devices appear in the "Network" tab?
Good day. I went into "My Computer" here and found on the left that devices, computers and mobile phones appear from somewhere in the network tab. Where do they come from and why do they appear to me? I have a regular Internet provider, no local network. Thanks for the answer.

"There is no local network" is usually not a true statement.
Perhaps your neighbors are using your WiFi: it's time to change your password, turn on WPA2 and turn off WPS.
It means that there are strangers in the network you are in. In the hostel we always played co-op games via Wi-Fi, WLAN.
Go to 192.168.1.1 in the browser according to the standard: login - admin, password - admin. See how many people are online right now. I advise you to change the password consisting of more than just numbers.
If you have a wire going to your computer, then these are computers of other subscribers. If in a router - someone is using your Wi-Fi.
As for phones: perhaps you have bluetooth enabled on your computer, and these phones are simply visible (because they are within the range of bluetooth).
apparently the wire from the provider directly to the computer, set up a firewall or use a router
