Where do CRMs get so many ssl certificates?

Here is amocrm.ru. When they register, they each get their own subdomain, each is signed with an ssl certificate. Where do they get so many of them, and obviously for "penny", otherwise how much money do you need?

They just buy one wildcard certificate, which is initially valid for any subdomain.
