How to issue ssl wildcards from sslforfree.com?

I can't issue a certificate for subdomains. Writes that the key is wrong. Though I write records in dns correctly. Does anyone have an example of how this is done correctly? In theory, I do this: I enter *.example.org example.org , then I generate txt dns records.
