Where did Yandex.Blogs disappear to?

Previously, on the main Yandex there was such a block with news in general, news in the city and with popular topics on blogs. The other day the latter disappeared and is not googled, and is not in the interface.

This service has long ceased to form a picture of ongoing events separate from the news, in fact, duplicated news messages, while we already have one news aggregator - this is Yandex.News.
