How to reach those support for Yandex traffic rules?

For more than 2 weeks, the DNS record in the mail for the domain has not been working.
I double-checked everything - the rest of the records work fine, including new ones.
Removing and adding on a new one does not help.
Technical support in the feedback system and at [email protected] does not respond to messages in any way.

Does anyone know how else to get through to them?

feedback.yandex.ru/?from=pdd correct link to pdd support (at the bottom of the page).
It is not correct to use mail in this place.
You can write me a domain, I'll see what's up with him.

Try to write to [email protected], with a note that the traffic rules do not respond.
Maybe there will be an effect.

I contacted them at this address, they answered me.
Sometimes a support is here, maybe they will see the question, but the probability of this is ... :)
And what kind of record does not work?

If you are talking about api, then something like this

<record domain="d.ru" priority="" ttl="3600" subdomain="m" type="A" id="5693626">ip</record>

Whois does not give normal information.
Those. everything is about the same as nslookup ...
