Where did the tags for articles from the main page go?

Tags, of course, are of little use in the current implementation (I mean excessive freedom in their definition by users, unlike the same Stackoverflow for example), but sometimes they help to understand what the article is about before clicking the "Read more" button, otherwise people have announcements most of us write about nothing at all.

and in the last article on this topic, it became clear "what it was about" only on the
third screen.

Announcements will write better. Maybe. There are hubs. And the "garbage" must be removed.
