How to parse all Habr users?

There was an idea to collect some statistical data, but for this you need to parse all active (not read only) users of Habr. I just can't think of anything to grab on to. The URL of each user's page contains the user's nickname (habrahabr.ru/users/username/ ) , but how to get it is a problem. I thought they would somehow reach out through the ID, but I did not find where you can peep the user ID and how to use it later.
Does anyone have any ideas?

In Google: site:habrahabr.ru/users/

We pull out nicknames from there. Crutch.
In order for Habr to give an API, they need to unsubscribe and explain why you need it.
