Where did the "Show top tweets first" option in the twitter feed settings go?

To change the Show Top Tweets First setting, follow these steps.
On twitter.com
Sign in to your twitter.com account and go to the Account Settings page.
In the Content section, find Feed and uncheck or check the box next to Show me top tweets first.

Open the settings, find the content - there is no item.
I would like to see the last message in the feed every time I start a new Twitter, and not the "best". How to live on?
