Where did the debug tab go in intel xdk?

Greetings to all who are familiar and work with intelxdk! I didn't open the program for a little over a week, yesterday I deleted a bunch of applications and went into intelxdk, the debug tab disappeared. Is this related to the update and the new policy of the program, or did I hook something when uninstalling?
