Where did the "Create Application Shortcut" feature go in Chrome?

Previously, you could create a shortcut for a site and it would open in a separate window like a normal application, but in version 44 I don't see this feature. All I see is "Add to taskbar".

You can enable the old version in the chrome settings:
1. in the address bar chrome://flags
2. We are looking for "Enable the new system of bookmark apps
3. Change to Disabled
4. Apply, check and mentally scold Google for additional problems. You can also write to them what they are "well done", maybe they will listen.
