What are the disadvantages that make you want to leave:
1. Lack of data centers in Russia
2. HTTPS is only available on expensive tariffs
3. No easy integration with Let's Encrypt
Less important disadvantages, but rather unpleasant
1. There is no sane free support
2. Incomprehensible lines that they measure tariff plans
3. An overly complicated interface, with some not very clear and necessary things (for example, resource groups)
4. Tariffs change monthly, while it is impossible to predict exactly how much this or that service will cost
