Where can you find such a server?

Hello!
I calculate the cost of the project, according to the technical specifications - therefore, no questions asked :-D
We need a server that will be very very powerful (2 processors)
But specifically for me, the difficulty in finding arose from the following requirements:
3U 19", Depth no more than 550mm
Power consumption no more than 550 W.
Place under 12 3.5 SATA
Of course, not all the requirements.
But these particular requirements drove me into a dead end.
Help, maybe someone came across a beast of such characteristics?
PS: of course, googled. But all that comes across, either larger in size, or consumes more.
