Replacing the video card starting problems?

The HP Motherboard system unit, AAHD2-HY the
video card did not work, they
brought another NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2048 GDDR5 to replace it, they asked me to change it
after turning on
3 signals as power good and everything (esc does not work) then a black screen and a blinking cursor
, what could be the problem? iron incompatibility?

Are the signals exactly the same short, half a second each, as at the start, or are they twice as long, 1 second each? Although, the accuracy is not always consistent.
It looks like a memory problem. Reset the settings, move the module to another slot, or check one at a time if there are several.
