Where can you find such a note management system?
For a long time I have been trying to find a system for organizing notes, thoughts, knowledge, etc. I tried many different programs and my own solutions, including: markdown / latex / docx in the file system, zim, qownnotes, outwiker, onenote, they all did not suit me, something was missing everywhere. Now I'm sitting on mediawiki, but here, too, something is missing.
The bottom line is that I need a system that allows you to store notes with certain conditions:
1. Notes can contain anything: formatted and stylized text, lists (including to-do lists), pictures, videos, charts, tables.
2. Notes should be stored as a graph, or at least as a tree, with the ability to freely rebuild this graph at your discretion and add icons to nodes, as in outwiker. The fact is that, on the one hand, notes have a hierarchy (for example, work-> project-> task), and on the other hand, there are semantic connections between notes, like between thoughts.
3. It should be a web application accessible from any device (outwiker sinned without this), and it would be nice to have a mobile application
4. Quick note creation (what mediawiki does not have, where you need to go to the site, create a page, manually write categories and only then you can start writing).
5. If possible (but not strictly necessary) for it to be self-hosted.
I searched a lot on the Internet, something similar, including various wikis, note-taking systems, personal knowledge base, etc., but I did not find anything completely suitable. There was an idea to write it myself, but there is not so much time to do it. Can you suggest something?

You will never find an option where everything is perfect. Each method will have its drawbacks. It must be accepted as a fact:
- There is no perfect tool
- There is no tool that will suit all types of tasks
I myself have been looking for the best methods for organizing knowledge, notes, tasks, projects for a long time. In the end, I settled on a more or less satisfactory system. I realized that I was just wasting all my time on this instead of doing more important things.
Indeed, as mentioned above, passion and the need to organize everything is a kind of procrastination. Our brains lure us into "setting the stage" for productive work.
You need to pay attention to this and ask yourself the question “Am I going too far? Is it really so important to me that everything is so organized? Am I trying to run away from more important things?”

When organizing, you need to remember that B > Ce + Cr otherwise it's a waste of time
B = Total benefit
Ce = Price of structuring information (choosing tools, data order, and etc.)
Cr = The price of extracting the necessary information if necessary (the time it takes to find the right one, How easy it is to understand what you left for yourself)

One note - a hierarchical structure, you can make tables, insert pictures, you can rearrange notes as you like. Online, free, you can on your phone. You can create links above other notes.
I save notes in it that are important for me to see everywhere (at home, on the phone and at work) - Active projects, History of transactions with various services (Internet, mobile phone, renting an apartment, etc.) - Fully meets your requirements, what is missing ?
Obsidian - I use it more for knowledge and learning because of the convenience in creating links between records and the visibility of links. The problem is that it is only for local use. Therefore, at work, I also have obsidian with all work affairs, and at home - home.
Google Drive - for the files that I want to see online
It's not so much the tool that's important, but the right structure that works for you.
