Where can I set the duration of the animation?

One of the requirements when creating an html5 banner is
"The duration of the animation should not exceed 30 seconds"
to create using adobe animate cc
on average, the animation lasts 10-15 seconds. 250 frames
how can I make the animation stop for 30 seconds?

Select the last frame, click on it, then Window (top panel) -> Actions -> type in this.stop(); -> cross
