The problem is that I can't find where my article was published. Should I re-upload it here?
And along the way, do I understand the first step correctly - that you need to transfer it to sections, and wait until the votes are typed?

Click on your "nickname" at the top left. Then a little lower, click on "My". Then on "Posts" + you can select "Published" or "Drafts". By this analogy, you can look at your questions, comments, answers.
