Where can I read the "base" on how the network works (authentication, TCP/IP, security)?
Guys, hello everyone. Recently I started to deal with the network in a more low-level understanding and I want to understand how the Internet works in general, including protocols (the tcp / ip stack), an elementary understanding of security (for example, how packets are intercepted when using an unencrypted protocol, or how dangerous http- requests), how web servers work, and so on. I just want to understand how the system works as a whole (without the obvious abstraction of modern web frameworks), and not just throw http requests through high-level libraries without understanding how everything really works.
Please advise the shortest possible literature / lecture / video where you can read on these aspects. I do not want to read something that is written "abstrusely", because I do not pretend to be a person who will write a faster alternative to nginx.
Thank you very much dear!

Start with Wikipedia, for example. And then formulate a clearer question, what exactly interests you.
And there are enough videos https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=basic...
