Good afternoon experts
The number of tasks is growing every day, the number of people involved in the development of our projects is also growing.
Some development management system has already been established (planning, reporting, motivation, a bunch of tables), but this system is not very effective yet, and it takes a lot of time to maintain it. It's just that the problem is that the entire management team and all the developers are remote!

Depends what interests you. You can't fit all the experience in one post :)
And to be honest, you need to read a lot from different areas. Experiment, test programs for project control.
