Where can I practice creating databases?

I would like not just to create a database of technical specifications and normalize it, but to compare it with the developers' solutions.
Read Data's "Introduction to Database Systems" and courses from Oracle.
Are there similar materials or is it easier to post the ER-model of the database on the forum to discuss errors?
