Since I have a lot of gaps in mathematics, I want to go through it starting from the school course to the university (maybe even the level of Moscow State University), can you advise what to read?

Start with school textbooks, with problem solving (just don't take "innovative" programs - they don't teach anything except heightened conceit). Then - after the successful completion of this paragraph - come back here and ask what to read next.
